RipFile/RipFile020 - Designed to extract any portion of a file and create
 a new file from it.

REQUIREMENTS
------------
An Amiga with with at least 10K plus the size of the file you wish to create.

BUGS/UpGrades for RipFile:
 Version 1.0 - Corrupted memory if skip count was greater than 0.
 Version 1.1 - Fix skip count memory error.
 Version 1.2 - Reduced memory requirements to size of output file.
