Purpose:
--------

SaveROM is a small  tool  that  can  be  used  to  create  Kickstart  files  for
CpuControl's  KICK  option. The program just determines the startaddress and the
size of your Kickstart ROM and copies the contents into a file. Please  be  sure
that any Kickstart remapping via MMU is disabled when using SaveROM !


Usage:
------

Quite simple. Just open a Shell window and start  SaveROM  with  an  appropriate
filename.

Example:    SaveROM SYS:Devs/Kickstarts/Kick8.1


Legal Stuff:

SaveROM is Freeware. The author retains all rights to the program and can not be
made  liable  for  any  damage  resulting from misuse or program faults. You may
distribute this piece of software freely, as long as  the  following  conditions
are respected:

- The program and its documentation must not be altered in any way.
- The program itself  or parts of it  must not  be used  in other  products (es-
  pecially commercial ones)
- No  fees may  be charged  for its distribution  save a  reasonable  charge for
  shipping and media.

The contents of the Kickstart ROM is  copyrighted  by  Commodore-Amiga  /  Amiga
Technologies  GmbH. Any duplication of the ROM contents is illegal and therefore
not encouraged by me. Please keep that in mind !
