1. Author information:

    The preferred way to contact me is by e-mail. Feel free to send
    comments, bug-reports, feature-requests and registration forms.
    If you don't have net access, you may send them to my postal 
    address.
    Don't expect an answer, if you didn't register.

2. Distribution rights:
=======================

    This piece of software is distributed as SHAREWARE. It may  
    be distributed for free via                                 

       - electronic networks and BBS,                           
       - PD-FloppyDisk's (as long as distribution-costs do not  
         exceed 5 DM [or equiv. in other currencies] for the 
         whole disk)     
       - Aminet CD-ROM                                          

    The contents of this packacke may only be distributed as 
    a whole and in an unmodified form.


3. Usage rights:
================

    You may use this software for free within a period of 
    4 weeks. If you find it useful enough to use it longer,
    you will have to register and pay the SHAREWARE FEE 
    of 15 DM (or $15 US-DOLLARS)

    Using this software for more than 4 weeks w/o registering
    is unfair and illegal.

4. Registration details:
========================

    To register, you will have to do the following:

    a)  Fill out and send me the registration-form (see below).
        Please send it by e-mail, if you can. 
        
        NOTE: If you send it to my postal address,
              INCLUDE a self-addressed envelope.

    b)  Send 15 DM or $15 US-DOLLARS as CASH or send
        it through credit-transfer to my bank-account.

        NOTE: 1) IF USING CREDIT-TRANSFER FROM OUTSIDE
                 OF GERMANY, MAKE SURE THAT NO ADDITIONAL 
                 COSTS WILL ARISE FROM IT!!!
              2) The risk for sending cash is yours.
                 If it gets lost, your registration-
                 request might do also.
              3) No other payment-methods are currently
                 accepted. If you know better ways, 
                 please contact me.                 
               
    Registered users will receive:
    - a good conscience. ;)
    - a register-confirmation (optional)
    - the right to modify the software for PRIVATE use.
    - the right to use it permanently (including updates,
      if there'll be any)
    - a clue how to remove the Startup-Requester easily.

    Please consider a response-time of more than 2 weeks if you 
    send money to my bank-account, since I do only get the statement
    two times a month. Cash-sendings will be handled as fast as 
    possible.
