Changes:

ControlPanelPrefs

Some of the main prefs were handled incorrectly by the program, this is
hopefully now fixed.

This bug wasn't serious but was annoying to some.

CP5.exe

. Some minor bugs fixed
. New vertical button mode - buttons as mini mode but with time and connect
  time.
. Time displays now show seconds

Installation
------------
Copy cp5.exe to c:
copy controlpanelprefs to cp:

IMPORTANT
---------
CP5 uses arexx, if you have not got arexx running add the following to your
s:user-startup and then reboot

run >nil: sys:system/rexxmast

CP5 won't run if Arexx is not running.
