Purpose:        Provides an easier way to run programs from CNet.
Available at:   Main menu or all prompts system-wide.

c9Three modes of operation:

ce1.  cbRUN <no args>

    caBrings up a menu of the filetype choices.  If ReqTools is available,
    a request will appear if no path/filename is given.

ce2.  cbRUN type <no path/filename>

    catype =  0 = ARexx
            1 = C
            2 = DOS
            3 = Paragon
            4 = DOS Script
            5 = View Textfile

    If ReqTools is available, immediately brings up a requester and runs
    the selected file using the given type.

ce3.  cbRUN type path/filename

    caImmediately runs the given file using the given type.
