Installation
============

	The "Install_XModule" icon requires the Commodore Installer
utility located somewhere in the Workbench path (usually in "SYS:Utilities").
If you haven't got the Installer, you can install XModule manually
making a new drawer and dragging XModule icon and its
documentation in it.


Beta Version
============

This package contains a *BETA* release of XModule.
Before running it, you should be warned about a few things:

- Many gadgets and menu items are disabled, some operations
  could guru your system or ruin your modules.

- The documentation is sometimes incorrect and some parts
  have not been written yet.

- Please, do not spread modified versions of this beta.  When
  XModule will be released in its fullly working version, I'll
  include the full source code and grant you permission to
  modify and spread it.

- Please do not base your opinion of XModule on this beta release.
  The final version will be fully operative and bug free (I hope).

- Do not report obvious bugs: I know that the Sample editor is
  not working.  If, instead, you see a little, hard to discover bug
  like a small memory loss or errors converting a particular module,
  report it immediatly.  Failure to do this will probably result in
  the bug not fixed in the next release version.


- USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: XModule could destroy one of your favourite
  modules or even format your hard disk (just kidding :-), but I will
  not refound you for any damage caused by the use of this beta.
