The convert-programs 144 and 320 convert iff-pictures to bitmap-format.
The difference is in the warning they give, if you use the wrong size.
convert144 converts pictures 144*144, 32 colors - if it warns, then resize
your picture.
convert320 converts pictures 320*144, 32 colors as generated by makeplane.
