short: Bug-fix update for Infocom interpreter

This is an update to Infocom release 1.45. Two problems have been
fixed:

1) The stdio routines should now work on all 68000 machines, and
2) Infocom will not crash if you start it from the Shell with a
   non-valid story file.

As this is only an update, only the files "Infocom" and "Amiga.txt"
are included. The rest of the files can be found in itf-145.lha.
