Hi,

Thanks for the netpbm work. I've just installed your 1mar1994 release
and found one small bug: the makefile in pgm doesn't install pgm.h.

Also I include a newer version of the pbmto10x.c filter which I wrote
many years ago. It now trims blank colums at the end of stripes for
faster printing. I send this to you for completeness, not urgency since
I don't think many people use this filter as the printer is a bit old.
