Wirkung:

Ohne Parameter    Aktuelle Nachricht wird beim nächsten Login nochmals als
                  neue Nachricht angezeigt.
"<nummer>"        Nachricht Nr. <nummer> wird beim nächsten Login nochmals
                  als neue Nachricht angezeigt.
