FileID 2.6 by Mike Fitzgerald - Simply adds
a File_ID.diz to an .lha or .dms archive,
deleting any existing file_id.diz first. 
The user enters the description, line by
line, and it is shown completed for
approval.  Then it checks for existing
file_id.diz, deletes it if it finds one, and
adds the new one.
