o Switched asl requestor prompt and mass uploading flags prompt in local
  uploading around.

o Added many more defineable lines of text to the prompts.set file.

o Bug Fix - FIXED MAJOR BUG in new Catalog system, it would not create the
  new .desc file if the file was the first file uploaded to an area.
  (Thanks to Offspring for reporting it!!)

o New fast routine for displaying text files.  Also fixes some errors in
  display.

o Added new text file: Warn-NoDescriptions.
  This file is displayed when users are calling back and have files that
  need descriptions from a previous call.

o Added new text file:

  Text-NewUserQuestions -- Text displayed just before sysop defined new user
                           questions are asked.

o Added new text file:

  Menu-DLFlaggedFiles   -- Text displayed just before download selection when
                           user has flagged files.

o Added the creation / testing of RipGfx directory to the bbsconfig's check
  paths command.

o Added many more defineable lines of text to the prompts.set file.

o Changed the routine that copies/moves files from one area to another to
  check the destination catalog and get the last file's date.  If the date
  of this file is greater than the date of the file being copied to that
  area, then the file being copied to that area will get today's date.
  If you copy files over that have a greater date than the last file in the
  destination directory then they keep their date.

o Added new .opt Commands option 'Download' which will send a file with
  zmodem to user.  Example:

  [*,*,*,*,*] = RIP | DOWNLOAD | DL:Rip.lha

o Bug Fix - Catalog Index Maker was not updated for new tempest.  Now it is
  sorry about that.

o Bug Fix - Fixed bug in rip graphics display on large rip files.  BBS was
  pausing the rip send if it exceeded user's length.  Fixed now so it will
  send entire script until done.  No longer pauses.

o Rip Scripts no longer display on the sysops screen, the bbs just shows the
  sysop a message that the script is being sent, and done when it is finished
  sending.  Rip scripts are sent to the serial only.

o Installed yes/no prompt rip graphics support.

o Changed names of the .rip files, look at Tempest docs under ripgfx dir files
  to see new names.

o Fixed it so rip graphics flag was reset to off when a user logsoff.

o Added Rip Graphics to Ansi Type selections in Terminal Settings.

o Added .rip extension type to all text files when user has rip graphics on.
