Small & C00l util for OPUS/SID/DIRWORKS/ECT. to select files for a user
online, just by selecting the files, and pressing the right button 8-)

Usage from CLI:

   RX GiveUser [node] [credit] [file1 file2 file3..]

[node] is the node to give files to..
[credit] is how to charge for the file where:

0=Free DL (0 file & byte credit)
1=Half byte credit (50%) and no filecredit (0 files)
2=Full byte credit (100%) and full filecredit (1 file)

example from CLI:

   RX giveuser 1 0 s:startup-sequence s:user-startup
              /   \             |           |
        node 1     free dl    file#1      file#2
