  this file and would not find it.  Now, if it does not exist, it sets

Emp.Info! is an OPTIONAL file for C-Net Amiga Empire v2.0 that can
be ran from the SYS.WELCOME file or in the PFILES to give current
Empire game stats and player stats.  

It will tell some basic Empire game stats such as

 o When the game was started
 o Total number of plays in the game
 o Later player to play the game
 o Number of plays today
 o If someone is playing (players name and port # are given)
 o If Empire Maintenance is running

If the person is playing the game it gives them most of there 
Empire stats along with
 
 o Number of attacks since last play
 o Date/time of last play
 o How many times they've played today
 o What curse (if any) has been placed on them and how long it will last
 o If they have mail
 o If Empire is closed for their port
 o If Empire is flagged to be RESET
 o If Empire Maintenance is running
 

Installation
~~~~~~~~~~~~
This file should be added into the PFILES directory much like that
of Empire (an Arexx program).  The Access group can be ALL.
Or this file could be added to the SYS.WELCOME file with the following
line to be ran during logon.
