A Raid is similiar to an attack, except it only involves a few of your
soldiers.  It is usually more of a surprise attack.  If the raid is 
undetected, the success is very probable.  If the raid is detected, your
soldiers could be killed.

The best defense of a raid, is a complete palace.

A Raid also has a particular goal to it.  You can raid for money, mills,
markets, shipyards or just try to destroy the enemy's palace.
