To become a Prince you must meet or surpass the following conditions.
The palace must be at least 50% complete, 1000 serfs in your Empire, 
5,000 acres, 200 soldiers, and 10 nobles.

To become a King you must have 80% of the palace complete, 2000 serfs,
25,000 acres, 400 soldiers, and 20 nobles.

To meet the goal of becoming an Emperor, you must have a completed palace,
3000 serfs, 800 soldiers, 10 Shipyards, 1 Diplomat, 40 nobles and
100,000 acres of land.
