    - Updated Special Days for 1995!
    - Added Ability to show user Birthdays as "special" days, as well as a
      variable allowing you to only do this if the user's birthday is NOT
      marked as being PRIVATE mail. Another variable determines if a user
      birthday will be used instead of a holiday on the same date, or if
      the holidays take precedence over birthdays.
    - Updated ReadMe & History Files!

==== v3.0 ====

    - COMPLETED VERSION! January 1, 1993! ALL JOKES INCLUDED!!
    - Consolidated jokes into 12 monthly files, instead of 366 files!
    - Updated search & display routines to work as fast as possible with
      this new format. It's not as fast as displaying individual files,
      yet it makes for a less bothersome directory structure.
    - Added a third option the flags F1, F2, and F3 that deal with HOW
      yesterday's, tommorrows, and selected jokes are displayed. You can
      now specify to Automatically display each joke without asking.
    - Added NEW F0 & F9 flags to Skip Jokes(F0) & Deal with Leap Joke(F9).
    - The Database will now display on ANY width between 40 & 80 columns!
    - Fixed a date error involving a changing year. Either advancing to
      a NEW year, or retreating to an OLD year. It now displays the correct
      data, and not that day of the SAME year.
    - This is the LAST version of this mod, unless I find an error in the
      new coding.

==== v2.6 ====

    - The (Y/n) prompt for View Specific and View Another Joke were
      reversed so NO was the default prompt.
    - A (ENTER) prompt was included at the end of a joke if the joke
      was the last to be displayed, in case the screen cleared right
      after that, so the user had time to view the last joke.
    - Pressing RETURN for the Month AND Day in the Specific Joke Area
      will now exit the Database.
    - Jokes August thru March included in this version.

==== v2.5 ====

    - Not a publically released version.
    - Routines were added for the 40-column user to spruce things up
      while they used the database. Special Days section modified to
      suit this new format.
    - Jokes August thru January included inside their "DirtyJokes"
      directory to make updating quicker and easier.
    - This HISTORY file and the READ_ME file will be located
      inside the "DirtyJokes" directory, out of the way.

    - Completely rewritten program code, while I was FULLY awake!
    - A C-Net 2.25+ ANSI feel to the database was added.
    - Works for ALL POSSIBLE date combinations. Fully tested.
    - Added Special Days feature.
    - More SysOp Flags added for sex and sysop-maint priviledge.
    - Jokes supplied with this version: Aug/Sep/Oct/Nov/Dec ONLY!

    - Bug Squash when it attempted to display Yesterday's joke when today
      was the last day of the month.
    - THIS RELEASE WAS NOT MADE PUBLIC.
