Registered WOF Color Editor, v1.1 by Dotoran

Full documentation is found within the file itself, but you need:

LHA, DELETE, FILENOTE in your C: directory,

"rexxsyslib.library" in your LIBS: directory,

"WoFortune.Config" in your PFILES: directory.

If you store your "WoFortune.Loader" file somewhere OTHER than PFILES, then
edit the "Lpath" variable at the start of the program.

The "Reg.ColEditor" and "Reg.Colors" file should both go in your designated
WoFortune directory, as specified in your WOF CONFIG.
