     Learning CNet Amiga ARexx, v1.5 TUTORIAL README! File by Dotoran!

    Welcome to another tutorial venture of mine. It is my sincerest hope
that the information provided in this archive can be of some use to one or
more aspiring ARexx Programmers, as we really DO need more talented CNet
Programmers! hehe

    The following five files are included in this second release:

        * CNet_ARexx_Commands

            - This is v2.1 of my ARexx Commands Listing. It lists ALL
              available CNet Specific ARexx Commands, with extensive
              descriptions and examples for each command, PLUS some NEW
              insights to some of the commands, since the last release.

        * CNet_ARexx_Examples

            - This is v1.0 of a text file devoted to specific CNet Amiga
              ARexx tasks, including file input/output, key requests, error
              checking/handling, printing and more.

        * CNet_ARexx_Notes

            - This is v1.0 of my BASIC to AREXX conversion document. Since
              there are a lot of new programmers coming from older computer
              types, I thought it prudent to offer some form of help, so
              that they could use some of their previous knowledge to make
              the carry over to ARexx. If you know BASIC, then here's how to
              take that knowledge and convert it to AREXX!

        * CNet_ARexx_VStrings

            - This is v2.1 of a document that was originally part of the
              "GU30_Package.LHA", which has recently been split into two
              separate archives, slated for release sometime soon. I thought
              the info given was better suited for this archive. This is a
              document which will tell you how to create VERSION STRINGS in
              your ARexx Pfiles.

        * CNet_ARexx_MCI

            - This is v1.0 of a document which will help ARexx Programmers
              learn to use some of the more powerful MCI codes in ARexx. I
              show you how to use the {I }, {V }, {L }, {* } and {# } MCI
              Codes, as well as giving examples of each.

    I have made every effort to make sure the content of each of these text
files is 100% accurate, and are specific to CNet Amiga, v3.05c. The info may
or may NOT be suitable for earlier versions of CNet Amiga.

    These files include many, MANY examples of CNet-Specific ARexx, so please
feel free to at least SCAN each document. I tried not to duplicate examples
if at all possible, so as to show you as many different kinds of things that
ARE possible in ARexx.

    As always, if you spot an error in one or more of these files, PLEASE be
sure to contact me ASAP, as I'll want to release an update QUICKLY, so as to
not mislead a newer programmer.
