Black Jack Version History:

1.0   -   First version.  Lots of neato bugs.  Very boring in appearance
          and did not follow most Black Jack rules.

1.1   -   Major upgrade by Roger Clark.  Fixed the display to display full
          hand and fixed the rules.  Still a major bug in the code that
          would lock it up.

1.2   -   Fixed lock-up bug.  A bunch of cosmetic changes.

1.2.2 -   Added high scores list.  Changed main menu to look better, since
          I used to have all the choices on one line.  With the new high
          scores option, it was too much to put on one line.

1.2.3 -   Same as 1.2.2, except converted to work with CNet AMIGA 2.0.  Was
          origionally written for TransAmiga.  Will now be supported as a
          CNet program.

1.2.4 -   Speeded up the title screen with some ANSI cursor codes and a
          smaller screen for non-ANSI callers.  Fixed a bug that showed the
          user's time wrong.  CNet returns the user's time with a decimal,
          but the way I was displaying it, if you had 59.5 minutes, it said
          you had 595 minutes.  Now, I just truncate the decimal, so it
          would show 59 minutes.  Fixed some other cosmetic things.
          Inserted a @4 to get rid of annoying More? prompts.
