Command:        BANners
Purpose:        Create a list of WHO-banner strings.
Available at:   Any prompt.

The "WHO" cmd shows who is online presently.
Each user can have one (1) banner-string that contains additional info
about them.

If you wish to edit your one banner-string...
   Use the "EP;14" cmd, at any prompt.

If you wish to store many different banner-strings...
   The "BANners" cmd allows you to create/edit a list of many different
   WHO-banners.

   The system will then pick a different banner-string at random (from
   your list) each time you log-in.

   (Or you can use the "NEWBanners" cmd to manually, pick one at random.)
