Quick guide to muformat.

Create a file s:muformat.allow
Each line should consist of the device name of all devices for which formatting
is allowed. eg

df0:
df1:
pc0:
pc1:
rad:

Set the following permissions

s:muformat.allow   rwed group=r  other=r
sys:system/format  rwed group=r  other=r
c:muformat        urwed group=re other=re

format, muformat can be anywhere you want, as long as they're in your path.

Of course it only works from a shell. Sorry folks but I don't know how to read
args from the Workbench. If someone else is interested please do it.
