                    LICENSE AGREEMENT


Blue Mountain Golf Course is the property of David Burbey,
Battle Creek, Michigan. It is designed for use with the
Jack Nicklaus Golf programs.

No warranties, expressed or implied, are given. No liability
will be assumed by the author, or any other person, for damages
or costs incurred resulting from the use of Blue Mountain Golf
Course. All rights are reserved.

Blue Mountain Golf Course is distributed under the Shareware
concept. If you desire to continue using Blue Mountain Golf
Course after a 10 day trial period, you are requested to remit
a $4.00 registration fee to the above address.

Registered users will receive a free Registered version of Blue
Mountain GC that contains enhancements not available on the  
Shareware version.

Registered users will be also be able to purchase additional Golf
Courses for a nominal fee. The additional courses will only
be available to registered users and will not be available
as Shareware. The current available courses are listed in the
file ORDER.FRM. Registered users can be advised of new
courses as they become available.

You may duplicate and distribute Blue Mountain Golf Course as
long as you distribute the entire product intact, to include
all documentation files. If uploaded to bulletin boards,
please upload as BLUE_MT.ZIP or BLUE_MT.xxx, depending on the
compression file used by the bulletin board.
