I changed 'fd2stub' so that it outputs *.asm files from fd files which can
be assembled by Phxass and made into an *.lib by 'Alib'.
It is a quick hack, not as bad as Alib but it seems to work. Alib now
accepts @filelist. It is not yet used in the making of c.lib/m.lib.
But I have now change the makefiles to use Alib, the SC:c/oml lines are
still there.
