This little program will make a FILE_ID.DIZ file from the AmiNet .readme
file and add it to the archive...

      Why 2.0?

      Because DoDIZ is not 'beta' anymore and it would look strange if i should
      have released a 1.0 version, then people might have thought it was a whole
      new program.

      <> Nicer FILE_ID.DIZ design.

      <> New feature. You can now include your own header in the FILE_ID.DIZ.

      <> DoDIZ deletes the .readme after processing the file.

         extensions in <filename> if you like...
         DoDIZ looks for <filename>.LHA and <filename>.LZH so you don't need to
         write any extensions if you don't want to.

      <> Now you can use the keyword ALL to tell DoDIZ to work on all files in
         the directory. The list of files is made of all .readme files.

      <> Some more small things just to make it look better...
