fMSX Amiga is an Amiga port of fMSX UNIX. It emulates the MSX computer
system. The emulation requires an 68020 and the v36 OS (or better). Fastram
is not required but essential for good performance.

Note: previous versions of this program required the v39 OS - this
restriction has been removed!

Depending on the task at hand it is about as fast as a real MSX on my
a4000/30, sometimes even a tad faster.

This is a complete emulation of an MSX1 computer, but the final goal for
fMSX is to emulate an MSX2 machine. For this reason I still number it v0.7
instead of v1.0.

In this version, many MSX2 features are supported, though probably not
enough to satisfy the gameplaying public. I state once again that MSX1
features are completely finished.

Other new features in this version include greatly improved speed when
playing megaROMs, support for larger MSX memory sizes, and support for
the SCC sound system.

Many games for MSX are available through FTP. Sitenames can be found in
