Long Description:

ConvPkt is a program that can convert FidoNet *.pkt files. With a
few simple script files, you can use it to convert both incoming
and outgoing mail.

Changes in this version:

 - New commandline keyword: CHRSONLY. If you use this, ConvPkt will
   only convert messages with a CHRS or CHARSET kludge. Other
   messages will not be touched.

 - New destination charset: SKIP. Areas set to this charset will
   not be converted.

ConvPkt is a free program released under the concept of FreeWare.
