BUG FIXES        1) If you entered a yearly regular transaction that required
                 the program to automatically update the balance file, it got
                 stuck in an endless loop.
                 2) If you entered no, when asked to input an opening balance
                 the amounts were not calculated correctly.
WHAT'S NEW.      You can now scroll with the cursor keys. You are shown the 
                 date of the lowest balance between the current date and the 
                 end of the file.

BUG FIXES        1) The "show lowest balance on" routine started from the 
                 date after the default date, instead of the default date.
                 2) If you changed the codes while on the RT screen, when you
                 finished, the program thought you were on the balance
                 screen but displayed the RT screen.
                 3) In the search balance routine, the program terminated if  
                 you entered a search string with 16 characters.
                 4) You could enter 21 chars as a code description but the 
                 program only accepted 20.
                 5) It was not possible to select the Carried Forward entry 
                 as the first item in a printout.
WHAT'S NEW       You can now press a key instead of clicking a button if you 
                 prefer. There are now 4 buttons which do not change. The 
                 LIST button has gone and been replaced by a menu item. The 
                 balance screen opens fully before you are requested to input
                 an opening balance. The marker function is now point and 
                 click. The duration of a fixed term regular transaction can 
                 now be up to 998. You can now print the results of a balance
                 search. When entering details you can use the Quickentry 
                 feature. Enter the first few letters and the program will 
                 search for a matching word.
                 The HiSoftbasic library is now separate from the program 
                 and must be copied to the libs drawer of a hard disk.

BUG FIXES        I don't know how this crept in but you can't update the 
                 balance file with a credit item, it just gets turned into a 
                 debit item. I'm pretty sure this only affected Version 1.2
WHAT'S NEW       It's a bit easier if you want your accounts on hard disk 
                 (see manual note 8)

BUG FIXES        1) The restriction of having at least 21 transactions before
                 the balance search would work should have gone in V1.2. I    
                 removed it from the instructions but left it in the program. 
                 2) If you selected list while on the RT screen the balance    
                 screen was not set up
WHAT'S NEW       Changing regular transactions has been fully implemented
                 i.e.: you can change anything and the balance file will  
                 change also. After searching the balance file you go back to 
                 where you were. The search routine now has optional start 
                 date. You can abandon a search part way through. There are 
                 now some User Options. The date and time are shown at the 
                 bottom of the screen. Buttons are intelligent. i.e.: are  
                 blank if the function is not available

BUG FIXES        1). If you added a new regular transaction and an automatic 
                 balance update occurred, invalid dates could be passed.
                 2). Occasionally the date and time turned red.
