We have an incredibly wacky feel  to  this issues selection of art, which
is just about all down  to  the  talents  of  our resident graphic artist
Russell Lemmon. In every issue we have a selection of some of the best
pictures that have been sent in over the last month or so, to accompany
news and reviews of the latest art packages to be released.

Best news on the arty front this month  is that Deluxe Paint 4 AGA is now
bundled with all  A1200s.  So  now  all  new  Amiga  owners  can have the
pleasure of using such a wonderful  package,  and I will be going through
some of its new features in a future issue.

Some people have been wondering about whether to go for an A1200 with AGA
or buy a 24-Bit  graphics  card  for  their  existing  Amiga. The obvious
advantages of having AGA is that  all  new  software will support it, and
you also get the other advantages  from  having  the new chip set. 24-Bit
means better quality graphics than  HAM  8  on  AGA but the difference is
quite slight, so unless you  really  require  the  best I'd recommend you
sell your current Amiga and buy  an  AGA  one as 24-Bit graphic cards are
still far too expensive for the average user.

This is the section for readers art, so if you have any pictures you have
drawn then please send them to us.  The only limitation we impose is that
they must be in NTSC (320 x 200,  or  640  x 200) format. There will be a
prize  for  the  best  picture   each   issue.
