S1 P1 EP ¥2¤6 ABOUT ARTICLES¥1¤1 Some mags just write a few good articles and then they fill the rest of the space with pure shit. This is not a very good method, because nobody wants to read record-reviews of albums released a year ago or news that are older than my great grandmother. ¤4It's much better to wait another month so that an acceptable amount of good articles have been produced. I mean, the whole idea with a diskmag is to amuse and entertain the reader, NOT just being released so that the scene can see that your group is active. If you, as an editor, only struggle to become known to the world out there, you easily forget the most important rule of all: ¤6Quality ALWAYS goes before quantity. ð ¤1You should also not write some sort of articles just because the bigger diskmags do so. Then your mag easily become a bad plagiarism. For example, if you can't be absolutely sure that you can keep up with ALL that's happening in the scene, you should probably not write news & rumours articles in your mag. ¤4I don't say that we here in the JOYRiDE crew are perfect, because we are not, but then, who is. Or as a Roman would have said: ¤6Errare humanum est. ¤1But then again, that is what makes the world so exciting. Ð
