I'd love to give you a Machine  code  tutorial, yes I would honest. Ben's
doing such a wonderful  job  teaching  PC  owners  Machine code (well the
assembly language involved in creating it  anyway)  that I'd just love to
give you the same, but well, er, how can I say this ?

I CAN'T PROGRAM IN MACHINE CODE!!!

Yes, sad fact but true,  a  'techy'  person  who can't program in machine
code, I mean there isn't such a person  is  there ?!. But aha (no not the
pop group) this is the situation we have  here. Don't get me wrong I love
fiddling about with the more  in-depth  features  the Amiga has on offer,
doodling with DOS,  probing  in  Pascal,  and  articulating  AMOS (+ AMOS
Professional) programs, but I just can't program in machine code!

So if a) enough of you  write  in  demanding a machine code tutorial then
I'll get someone to write one and shove  it  in here, or b) we'll make do
without one!

After all if  you're  interested  in  any  of  the  following  (which I'm
planning to cover soon) then I'll sure you'll be happy!

In no particular order:

AmigaDOS, how to create your own bootable disk with programs on (bit like
this one really!)

AMOS, and AMOS Professional,  I  am  the  proud  owner  of  both of these
incredibly useful and amazing programming packages  and I will be delving
into them.

Round up of directory packages,  including  Directory  Opus 4 (one of the
highest rated products ever!), and SID.

Round up  of  wordprocessors,  including  ProText,  TransWrite  Jnr,  and
WordWorth.

I'll also be trying  to  review  any  new  packages  that come out (funds
allowing of course). So plenty in  store  I'll  sure you'll agree (and if
that sounds patronising then  just  mutter  to  yourself 'what a complete
prick he is' and hopefully that'll make you feel better).
