PackIt is yet another shell only Data file PowerPacker cruncher/decruncher.
Features: One program for crunching and decrunching.. Will not crunch
executables unless told to do so. Will automatically determine if a file is
PowerPacked or not and then either unpack it or pack it. Version 1.18 include
