NewEdit is a commodity, that patches all stringgadgets of the system (better:
it installs a global edithook for the stringgadgets). Beside some new edit
functions (see below) NewEdit supports copy and paste of text between the
clipboard and stringgadgets! Version 1.8b include new features and bugs fix.
