WhatIs.library can detect file types and is fully parametrable by an ascii
file. You can describe file types and they will be recognized by the
library. Includes a few tools (w/source) for the manipulation of filenames.
This is version 4.0, an update to version 3.5. Requires OS 2.0+. Binary only.
