A hack that fakes 1 meg of FAST memory from any other type(read: CHIP). A simple
prog with E source that AllocMem()'s a 1 meg chunk and the AddMemList()'s it back
to the system as FAST+PUBLIC memory. This  will  only  work for OS type
programs, and will not fix programs that "bang" the hardware. Author: C. Randall
