IFF-Convert is used to convert the different compression methods of IFF-ILBM
files. It supports the normal compression (like D'Paint), a new compression
method (see documentation) and uncompressed files. The new compression method
has a better compression ratio than the old format, and even a 2nd compress with
(for example) archivers is improved, because the data is sorted in a new way.
