As of release 4, kd_freq.library is a shareware program.  When you use the
file requester (FR) for the first time, you will be asked to enter your
name and address.  Please enter that information at that time, because you
will not be able to change it after that.

You can view your user information at any time by hitting Amiga-H.  Note
that this information is encoded into the kd_freq.library file itself, so
if you want to give a copy of kd_freq.library to a friend, make sure that
you give him/her a _fresh_ copy from the archive, not the one in your libs:
directory.

Once you enter the information, the FR will be operational, but some features
will be disabled.  To access all the features of the FR you have to register
with me.  The registration process is fairly simple:

1. Click on 'Register', and select Generate Registration Request.  That will
   generate a text file in the RAM: disk called "ram:registration.request".
   Once you do that, email that file to me, on Compuserve, at 71277,2776.

2. On Compuserve, GO SWREG, and register for the file there.  Compuserve will
   automatically charge $24.99 as the shareware fee onto your account.
   The program's SWREG registration ID is # 286.

3. You will get an email back from me, with an 'authorization key' and
   instructions on how to enter it.


Once you register, a file is generated that has your details:
"envarc:kd_freq/key"  If you lose your registration key, just look at
this file.

The shareware fee entitles you to use the additional features of the FR
and free updates of any new versions of Release 4 of the FR.  You are
allowed to use it on multiple machines, as long as you do not give away
your authorization key to another user.

Release 4.01 is currently only available to Compuserve users.  I will
be accepting registrations from non-Compuserve users soon.  Details on
how to register will be posted in the very near future.
