Added Save Review/Open Capture menu item

Added Save Protocol Options menu item (you can modify the default
   XPR options for any protocol, save them to disk, then have
   them loaded automatically upon loading the protocol)

Review buffer accessable when doing file transfers.

Fixed guru and phone book problems that occurred when run under
1.3 and a 68k cpu

1.52 changes ..

Fixed GURU and lockup when incomming lines were longer than 127 chars
in length
Slight speedup of display due to new routines added during fix.

1.55 changes ..

Fixed bug caused by SAS/C's Optimizer such that BT opened REXX port
BT_REXX2 rather than BT_REXX first time thru.

Continued optimization of serial and display routines to increase speed.
Window and keyboard events will now occur almost immediately even if
characters coming in serial port.

1.55a changes..

Removed all optimization via SAS/C's Optimizer to remove any chance
of other similar errors creeping in.

Fixed bug that would cause BT to appear to be locked up, even though
it wasn't...no text would appear on the screen under very specific
circumstances.
