You have to join the 4 parts of GCC_2.2.2.lha file includes on the 4
disks in order, part GCC_2.2.2.lh0 on disk B, GCC_2.2.2.lh1 disk c,
GCC_2.2.2.lh2 on disk D and GCC_2.2.2.lh3 on disk A.

ex:join GCC_2.2.2.lh0 GCC_2.2.2.lh1 GCC_2.2.2.lh2 GCC_2.2.2.lh3 as GCC_2.2.2.lha
