         This is pretty quick, but it should get the job done.

If you have a previous version of TeleBASE, you may use this program to
convert your data file over to the new format.  If this is your first 
version of TeleBASE, you can delete this now. 

I received a few suggestions for an additional 'Address' line, 
so here it is. 

This will convert ONLY a valid TeleBASE 1.0x (x is probably = 2) to a 
TeleBASE1.1x file. If you have any problems, you should get some type of
error message. 

This program will rename your old s:TeleBASE.phone file to 
"s:1.0xTeleBASE.phone". If you already have a file by that name, you 
should get an error message. 

This should only be run once. Thereafter, you should also get an error
message.
