You have to join the 3 parts of gcc_v2.0-920229 file includes on the 3
disks in order, part gcc.lzh.part1 on disk C, gcc.lzh.part2 disk B and
gcc.lzh.part3 on disk A.

ex: join gcc.lzh.part1 gcc.lzh.part2 gcc.lzh.part3 as i.lzh
