Changes in BackTalk 1.4

Review Buffer ...

   The Review Buffer is now "live".  This means you may be browsing
   thru the Review Buffer while continuing to have interact with
   the main communications window.

   The Review Buffer is now user sizable.  You may size the Review
   Buffer from a minimum of 8k to a maximum of available ram.

   The Review Buffer window is sizable.  From the Review Buffer 
   window's menu you may select full or half size (this variable
   is saved in the configuration file) or you may size the window
   but using the sizing gadget.

Phone Book ...

   The Phone Book entries now carry full configuration file and
   macro file information.  You can now associate any macro or 
   configuration file to a phone book entry and have those files
   take effect when the entry is selected.

XPR Transfers ...

   The complete XPR specification is now implemented.
	A Close Window gadget has been added to the file transfer window.
   You may use this gadget to abort a file transfer.  A depth gadget
   was also added to this window.


Misc Changes ...

	MUCH better through-put for xmodem, zmodem, and Kermit.
   MUCH better error checking and reporting on low memory conditions.
   Menu items were added:  Change Current Directory, Selected Protocol
   Options, Size Review Buffer, Load Macros, and Load Configuration.
   Minor visual changes to requesters were made.
   The ONSTRING/OFFSTRING ARexx commands are now case insensitive.
