Items from Mike (My Watch Has Windows) Meyer:

1) The current version of ispell gets enforcer hits - but only when
using the Rexx port, and not all the time. Just reads through a NULL
pointer, but still annoying.  Fixed by moving to SAS/C!

2) Can I get an option for "filecheck" to get the output back in a
stemmed variable, instead of crammed into a file? It'd make things
_much_ easier to deal with.

3) How about a macro that simulates the "ispell" command, starting an
ispell running if it needs it? That way, I can get the nifty
interactive interface (which I sometimes want), while at the same time
only having deal with starting ispell once.
