Changes from 1.0 to 1.10

IMPORTANT:  The format of BT.CFG and BT.PHONES has changed.  Delete your
            current files before running BackTalk 1.10.

Global Options requester has changed.  
   Added gadget for user selectable xon/xoff on double click.

   Added gadget for user selectable prepending ^U to lines sent from 
   Chat Window (this option is CompuServe specific.  If you are experiencing
   line noise, a ^U will clear CompuServe's input buffer.)

Zmodem transfers now work.  If they do not work for you using this version
of BackTalk you are using an old version of the xprzmodem.library.  Please
use the latest version of the library (version 2.1 of Rick Huebner's xprzmodem
library.  Previous versions had a problem with corrupting the a6 register (this 
was not a problem with using the library with VLT as VLT has code to specifically
circumvent the problem in the library).

More of screen is "repainted" when switching from Chat Window to no 
Chat Window

When the ARexx command BLOCK is used it puts up a requester saying,
"USER INPUT IS BLOCKED, UNDER AREXX CONTROL".  UNBLOCK terminates
this requester.

Added 4800 baud as a serial option.

Added a baud rate string requester in the phone book.  When adding or editing
a phone entry, enter the baud rate for this entry.  If you enter an incorrect
entry (ie, _not_ 300, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, or 19200) this entry will be
defaulted to the currently selected baud rate.
