Here are two MT32 patch editors and some patches for your abuse.
Also, included is BankSender, a CLI program for sending groups of patches and
assigning presets.  Its arguments are the names of the patches you want  
sent to the MT32.  Use it by typing:

 	Banksender xpatch ypatch /* (etc. up to 16 patches) */

It will send and assign patchnumbers according to the order 
of the patches in the program's arguments in this manner:

	preset 1 would be xpatch - reverb on 
	preset 2 would be ypatch - reverb on
	preset 3 would be xpatch - reverb off 
	preset 4 would be ypatch - reverb off.   

This is designed as a batch file oriented utility, of course.  I have no
idea whether my patch files are compatible with any commercial utility.
For the record, the file is set up with the first 14 characters being
the Common Parameter, the rest are 4 groups of 58, comprising the 
individual Partial Parameters.  

Sorry, these patch names are so unimaginative, I just didn't feel like 
inventing cute names for them...
