A new manual is in the works. An announcement will be made on BIX when
it is available and how it can be obtained. For now, the documentation is spread
all over the place. The main documentation file is vltdocs.arc, a separate
archive in BIX 'listings', for VLT version 3.656. It is, however, a TeX source
file. The DVI file is there too somewhere. Printed copies used to be available
by sending me a note by US mail, but that manual now is out of print and will no
longer be provided. There is also a translated version of that file in BIX
listings, and even though it has some mistakes, it doesn't have all the TeX
sequences and is more readable. However, most of the documentation is also
avilable in the files in this directory. They are updates to the docs for 3.656,
and most everything has been rewritten these days so you should be able to dig
it out... Other than that you'll just have to play around and ask questions in
amiga.user/main on BIX...
	Some previous releases included RexxArpLib.library and
RexxMathLib.library. These are now distributed in a separate archive.
	There is also short doc file for the PingServer (the Ping program).
