This is a replacement upload for the original CZL v1.0 which, due
to a bug, didn't correctly load instrument names when the "Load
Env" command was selected. The new version corrects this bug and
the executable is 8 bytes longer.  Because no new features have
been added, the version number is still 1.0 (this one is 1.0a), 
the documentation doesn't change. Thus if you already have the
docs for CZL v1.0, you don't need any new ones. Sorry for the
error, and I hope you enjoy v1.0a.
