Small IFF picture viewer with color cycleing.  Shows one picture at a time 
from CLI or any number of pictures from Workbench.  Press left button on
mouse to proceed to next picture.

CLI format:   SI ifffile.pic
Workbench:    Select SI Icon First or use SI as Default Tool.

Written in completely in C using Lattice C 5.0.2.  If you would like a
