This show is considered "the greatest" in 
total numbers, but since it is stretched 
out for so many days (actually going 
from July 15 to August 29), it is far 
less spectacular than the more condensed 
ones. Comprised mainly of fainter, slower 
meteors, the delta Aquarids are actually 
made up of several meteor streams.
