***  TYCHON TALKEY UTILITY  ***

I. Introduction

   The talking keyboard program (TalKey) will speak any keys
   and or words that the user types while operating in a
   CLI window.

   If the -w option is specified after the talkey command,
   all words that are typed by the user and seperated by
   spaces or carriage returns will be spoken.  When -b is
   specified, both keys pressed and words will be spoken.
   If no options are specified after the command TALKEY,
   any key that is pressed, except shift, shall be spoken.

   During operation of the program, the function that speaks
   typed words can be toggled on and off by pressing CTRL-W.
   CTRL-K will toggle on and off the function that speaks
   each key that is pressed.


II. How to Use the Tychon TalKey Utility

      1.  Insert TU1.1 disk into disk drive.

      2.  Double-click TU1.1 disk icon.

      3.  Double-click CLI icon to open a CLI window.

      4.  Run the TalKey Utility by entering:

               TALKEY

          after the CLI prompt.

   The easiest way to Move the TalKey Utility, is to use
   the MoveTALKEY command file supplied on your Tychon
   Utilities disk.  To use this command file, the following
   step should be done:

      5.  Execute MoveTALKEY command file by entering:

               EXECUTE MoveTALKEY directory_name

          after the CLI prompt, where "directory_name" is
          the disk directory that the Utility is to be moved
          to.  Be sure to follow the instructions of all
          System Requesters should they appear.
